Although the figures I paint may seem recognizable, they are not portraits of specific people. Famous or anonymous, familiar or strange, they represent a shared human presence—no different from you or me.
I am a contemporary figurative and portrait painter whose background bridges art and science. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. My work explores the contrast between organic expression and precision. I combine intuitive, gestural marks with controlled, deliberate decisions, allowing each to push against the other. This tension becomes the framework for my art.
